Inside Sales - Junior Account Executive (Rome, IT)
For our B2B sales team in Rome, we are looking for an Inside Sales - Junior Account Executive who will actively participate in the growth of the B2B segment in Italy.

As an Inside Sales - Junior Account Executive , you will have the following objectives:
- Commercial prospecting and scouting of professionals, medium and large companies that have collaborators on the street or company fleets, through cross selling, cold calling and/or contact reference.
- Perform a high daily telephone activity
- Management of the entire commercial negotiation through the telephone channel
- Achievement of KPIs defined monthly by the department manager
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Sell, negotiate and make commercial proposals for all EasyPark solutions dedicated to companies; provide service-related support to Accounts via telephone.
- Always keep the CRM updated to ensure data quality
- Commercial responsibility in every agreement with customers, ensuring quality sales
Position requirements:
- 1 - 2 years of sales experience, especially Inside Sales (via telephone)
- Previous experience using CRM (ie SugarCrm/Salesforce) & Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Winning mentality, result orientation and ability to work under stress
- Knowledge of the English language (B2) both oral and written which will be tested during the interview.
